Recently, I realised that within the modulation matrix, it is possible to assign (external) midi continous controllers to destinations of your liking.
Then I set up my EMU command station, which is capable of sending out CC data. Each controller has its own CC number and midi channel number. I had the idea to always use the same CC numbers within every program. For instance:
CC ab: always to filter
CC cd: always to cutoff
CC ef: always to pitch
Then, to distinguish between PROGRAMS within the MULTI just by the corresponding MIDI channel.
Long story short: I always seem to edit the current channel, instead of the cc's corresponding midi channel.
I couldn't check so far, but it is possible that I have to set MIDI IN to SAMPLER instead of SEQUENCER (after reading feline's comments about his LFO syncing issues)? In MISC SCREEN, active track receive channel is set to ALL.
