interface question

so i have this multitrack recorder (http://www.theguitarfiles.com/modules.php?name=catalog&file=product_info&products_id=819 and i was wondering this could be used
as an audio interface?

Did you read the manual it came with? Did you read the article in the link you provided? It states:

The MR-8 can also be connected to your computer via the built in USB port for transfer of data, or to upload songs for editing or mastering.

So the answer is no. It is a stand alone unit.

I love how people buy shit and dont even know what it is, or what it's capable of. as long as it keeps the studio looking professional Im sure I'll find use for it sooner or later

actually "poundaproblem" and "konc3pt" i got that a few years ago and the manual got lost and i didn't buy it because it looked "professional." I used it to record seperate instruments into a song. so i figured since i had it, it was worth a shot asking. no need to be dicks about it.

no hard feelings....this reminds me of this lady I did a favor for couple years ago, she calls me the other day and asks for the same favor because she doesnt have a computer and she's not going to have one she says.
