Hey Fellas, not sure if anyone has addressed this problem before but I haven't seen anything mention of it so I'll ask the question.
Basically when I have a the 4K in song mode and the song moves into a new sequence the first part of the new sequence goes a little out of time and kind of glitches or hiccups.. It dosen't slow down though it actually seems to speed up for like the first part of the first bar and then returns to normal. I have tried playing around with the master clock settings and machine control settings but this dosen't seem to help. This is occuring when the sequences all have a matching tempo.

Has anyone else experienced this? any ideas on the cause. Funny enough it only happens when my homeboy has been doing some programming - maybe he is doing something odd to make it do this.

Restarting and reloading dosen't help. It dosen't do it every time either it's an intermittent fault.

Ideas anyone? Thanks!!!

Make sure that no Program Change messages are sent during the song.
Select the correct programs right from the start, for example by means
of an additional artificial sequence just to initialize your system.

thanks for your suggestion. I guess that your talking about the program change function for changing the programs sends for your drum modules etc...will look into it and check that mine are all uniform throughout the various sequences. Sounds like a very likely culprit! RESPECT!

thanks after following your advice I realised that my homeboy who had been doing some programing was infact changing up midi program change out nunbers from one sequence into the next. Putting all the program changes uniformly from sequence to sequence solved the problem. Cheers!!
