quick question

ive been contemplating getting the microkorg for a minute now for some fresh new sounds. was wondering if anyone had any experience with using it with the mp. if you have how do you got it set up and is it worth it.

what is your background as far as gear you have owned?

You're looking at a MicrKorg for "fresh new sounds?"

i use to use reason which i still use sometimes. but as of right now i just got the mp, turntable, interface, midi keyboard, monitors, and reason sounds. but i want somethin new to my setup, and the microkorg seemed like a good idea.

The MPC4K is a full sampler. Look around the net for keygroup samples, then just tweak them in the MPC. There really is no need to go out and buy a new synth at the moment.
