what up mpc 4 fam!!!!!
What is the best method of looping long samples within a seq?
I did a search but i didnt find the answer I was looking for.
hopefuly someone feels me.

Set the sequence the same number of bars as the loop and enter the same bpm as the loop or timestretch/tune the loop the same as the sequence. Use the no loop function in the sample page and now loop the sample in your sequencer. Also you can use the tap tempo to set the sequence to the loop and make small adjustments. One more thing go into step edit and enter the duration of the loop as a note each quarter note tick is 960 x4 x number of bars and later go to programs edit page and adjust the amp evelope to fade in (attack) and fade out ( release):D

With a long loop you might have a hard time getting to even loop properly. If so you can try fading in and out the sample very slightly...maybe just by .01.
