PROBLEM: 4000 resetting the Triton's Realtime Controls

Got the 4000 and the Triton Ex talking via midi and the 4000 keeps resetting the Realtime Controls of the Triton. It seems like it only happens when I locate (on the 4000) back to the first bar. Done alot of searching within the manual, on google and here on the board, but haven't found an answer. Anyone have any ideas?

You can set up the machine to reset,(or not), Q-links on sequecnce change.
(Im not sure if this applies to midi controlers, but it is worth a try).

Maybe you have your machine set up to reset controlers? - can't remember off hand, but it might be somewhere in the global menu.

This was an additional function released in an OS update, so it wont be in the original manual, (look in the OS release notes).

Any one else think of something?

What you need to do is turn the LOCAL CONTROL off on the Triton EX. Read up on the manual of the Triton to figure out how.
