Sync Problems with Adobe Audition

Setting Audition to slave, I've been recently having horrible sync problems. It hasn't alway been like this til a few days ago and it's starting to really piss me off. Also, when it does sync correctly I lose the first 3 seconds of the song, am I doing something wrong?

are you using MidiClock or MMC to sync? I have sync'd with sonar with MMC and I get the first several notes cutoff right when I hit play. I think this is normal. Someone was mentioning this on a post about the DPS right below this one.

if its just at the start of the seqeunce try inserting one or two blank bars at the start, for them to sync up tight.

I'm using MTC. I've heard that it syncs better if you keep the sequencer as the master, but it doesn't seem to be working for me.

i use my multitrack as the master and my 4k the slave,. check ur using the same frame rates,sync types and set mmc settings and check the sequence start points..

I slaved the MPC and made Audition the master, but now im having a problem with the first track not playing for 1/2 the sequence when played the first time. It works fine after that first loop though.
