This is what swing does:

Swing field
Specifies the amount of swing, in a range of 50–75 (%). The value of this field indicates
the length of the upbeats in proportion to the length of one beat. As you increase this
value, note events located on the upbeats will be moved further back, producing a greater
sense of swing.


Why do you care a 25% setting? Trust your ears or better do not!
