sample mode and program mode

the program and sample buttons on my akai do not work therfore i cannot enter into the screens for these modes on the mpc....I have windows vista ...is there any ideas for bypassing these buttons and instead using an akai program on my cpu to view these modes......please and any advise would help....I know a lot of the software does not work on Vista....thank you......

Just get a USB keyboard and plug it into the front panel USB slot.

On the AKAI site, you'll find a pdf for download with all description of the keys.

Get it fixed. My buttons wore out too but I had them replaced.
