Issues Menu Diving While Playing Sequence

A quick question, when I am accessing filters, effects etc, while playing a sequence, it seems my samples run long and don't cut off normally like I recorded them. They are fine if I stay in main window, but loose a step everytime I menu dive. Is there away around this? Kinda sucks, especially if your using it live. Thanks

Just a guess: The main window utilises the MULTI settings, while you might be monitoring the PROGRAM while diving into editing. Check what you're actually monitoring!
