glitch in 24 bit sampling......

hey all.......ive found a click in my sample a few seconds in after recording external and internal sounds.so my sample has a small click after 2-3 seconds in 24 bit rate.16 bit seems ok.no overloading or anything.anybody had the same experience.thanx

Update-ive loaded up a new set and it seems to b a ok.but still interested if anybody had had this situation.thanx

had the same problem with an older white 4000. Started hearing what sounded and looked like clipping whith 24 bit samples. Got new memory and that worked.

I have the white mpc 4K, and sometimes i get these clicks on 24 bit. (ive posted also a topic about digital clicks in 24 bit samples).
The answer on that topic was to replace the memory....



Can someone please explain why RAM would/could influence the 24 bit samples? And why this problem won't occur on 16 bit sampling?
