Syncing the 3000 and the 4000 together

I'm basically looking to chop my samples and sequence them in the 4000 (benefit of speed and filters etc) but im looking to sequence my drums in the 3000 (benefit of sound quality and extra swing options with the valixi o.s)

How can i get the two synced together so that when i press play on the 4000, the 3000 starts playing at the same time?

Any help would be very appreciated....

In simple terms, make sure the 4k is set to send midi clock or timecode to the 3k (whichever it prefers).

Then make sure the 3k is set to recieve it.
