So if I put in the analog outputboard next to the ADAT board, Ill get 16 + 2 individual outputs on the 4k + the SPDIF board it makes 20 independant outputs.. Am I right?

Nah, max is 10 ind outs, the Adat board and the 8 outs board get the same outs 1-8 and SPDIF's same as main stereo out.
