Change sensors andRAM

Hi,
I apologize in advance for grammatical errors and bad English but I'm Polish.
I have got 3 questions I'd like you wrote me a step by step, with pictures as you can):
-How to change pad sennsors in MPC 4000.
-How to upgrade memory from 16 MB to 512 MB in MPC 4000
-and how I can loosen the screws and all those that I have to unscrew?(which I must unscrew)
