I'm sorry if this has been asked, I couldn't find it, though my search terms were probably off.
I have a 9 sequences, which amount to a song. And I have Part 1 assigned to my drums, and part 3 assigned to my sample chops. However, I started messing around with another drum kit, which I assigned to part 2, and the two drum kits (part 1 and part 2) sound super slick when theyre layered on top of each other.
But, even after I assign each track to OUT to both parts, I think because it's already sequenced, it only plays the original part. But if I hit the pads, I get both drum programs.
The work around I've come up with is to copy all the sequences, assign the different parts in each new sequence, then do the simult play to play both sequences and thus both parts, but I was wondering if there was an easier way I just wasn't getting. Thanks.
