Fatal Error, FX & Q Link

Has anyone experienced a fatal error within the Q link, or FX screens? It usually happens when Q Link is controlling the FX..

Sorry if its a lttle general but its the best I could do as I am not near the 4K at the moment.

Any help appreciated.
