Tact switches for MPC 4000

Is this the right Part number for tact switch for 4000?

Why are some companies selingl tact one tact switch for 8 bucks when you can get them foe as cheap as 50 cents a piece? I understand making profit but come on....

The up cursor button not working would like to change out tact switch

The prices by MPCStuff and VST are just business!

You can replace all your MPC tact switches for very few bucks since these are no Akai specific components.

I think I got my replacement tact switches for several MPC models (4000, 2500, 60) from Mouser.

Do you remember the part number? or link to the right one. I know several MPCs use the same one. Don't know which one though. Thanks

Mouser website 688-SKHHAM from my research same one as 2000/2000XL. These are the ones with the four legs. I recall the 3000 used the one with 2 legs. When i get a chance to change a few will update.

Were they all the same. 3000 uses the one with 2 legs. Eventually some 4K user will have to replace tact switch.
Can you confirm which ones you got for 4000 in my post? I'm pretty sure i identified the right ones.

Doctor the operation was a success!!!! WORKS! Fix up cursor button with said above tact switch...wicked:)
