Midi note trigger question

Can I trigger a kick on my SP while triggering a bass tone on my MPC in a regular internal program?

not sure what you mean gigatron! in the mpc4k you can use 2 midi channels at the same time! so if you have a kik coming of your sp you can set up the first midi ch to recieve that and your second midi channal to recieve your bass! now when you hit a pad both sounds will play! this way you can trigger 2 midi devices at the same time. hope this helps you out!

that is tight, I wasn't aware of that. However my question was a little different. Rather, one sound triggering off the MPC, one sound triggering off the SP1200.
