I installed an adat card in my mpc4000 but i can't get it to show up when i assign my output on the mix page, I see it in the record page but not on the mix page. Is there a setting i need to set or something? It just show the 8 analog outs

Peace. Let's try this:

1. Go to the GLOBAL Page (button located on the right side of the unit)
It should be the second item on the options list, showing ADAT installed

*2. When you go to the MIXER page to assign your outputs, those numbers represent BOTH the Analog and the ADAT Optical outs. So, you can either access the 1-8 outputs through the optical light-pipes or through the analog cables.

3. If you wanted to use both (Analog and Optical cables) simultaneously, that strategy would NOT give you 16 different output options. The old AKAI Corp gave us producers/ engineers the option to track either way...

Keep Banging!
