What do you mean by "work together"?? Dou you want to sync the 2??

Yes, I know you can midi it together. What I mean is does it work in

harmony, meaning do the features work well with the midi features of

both machines. How easy is it to assign multiple channels on Ableton and

what features can you control from the MPC? I just wanted to hear about

real world users of both. I think I might be asking prematurely since

Ableton 4 is or just about to come out.

Yeah and a4 will be dope, im planning on using it with the mpc aswell, so ill let you know when the time has come

anything with a GOOD midi system can lock up pretty well

Control Changes it what you want to work with using the Qlink send function numbered from 0-31 check or download the Live Midi Implementation chart and the in the Users guide 110 the same for the Sequencer section of the MPC. On page 31 in the Live Manual it tells how to do Midi Map Mode to assign the control change note/controller number to each item in Live interface. :D
