I'll keep it simple. I arranged a couple of sequences that each have different mutes within them for specific tracks, and when I arrange everything in SONG MODE, then convert to sequence, when I try to solo the track so I can track it out it plays the whole time, without incorporating the mute I have placed. WTF?

P.S: I apologize for the flurry of questions but I only post when googling/manual-searching couldn't yield any results.

And I've said it and so have others a million times, your track assignments in every sequence need to be "the same" when chaining them in song mode. Song mode only reads and keeps the very first sequence track assignments, when you convert to seq ONLY the very first seq's track assignments are kept for your converted seq.

No need to apologize but you've been here for a long minute and this, this, is tripping you up?

I guess I don't understand it then. I figured I could have my "main sequence" where all my samples are playing, then create an "intro" and a "switch up" built out of recording my track mutes on the "track mute" page and then convert those into a song sequence and it would play exactly how I had it all set up.

I sent you an email btw

To make this simple your intro should be a copy of the same main seq.
SAME track assignments for all sequences in the whole project.
