Saving seqeunces to one folder and programs/samples to anoth

In my setup I have a set of programs with samples) that load up automatically using the AUTOLOAD feature. I have the programs categorized byt type of sound (i.e. Snares, Kiks, Hats, etc). After the programs are loaded, I then will create my own kits by assigning different sounds to the pads. After I've gotten a kit I like, I then start creating sequences. After I've created the sequences and want to save them, what I typically do is just create a new folder for that particular project/song and save the sequences, programs and samples to that folder. Since I've already got these samples and programs saved to the AUTOLOAD folder, I'm just wondering what's the best and most efficient way to do this. Can I just save the sequences (without the programs and samples) to the project/song folder, since the programs and and samples will be autoloaded? No, I just tried that and after restarting the system and loading in the saved sequence, the program just defaulted to what was in the autoload default seq. Also, how would I just save the programs that were actively being used in a sequence or song, as opposed to ALL of the programs in memory to a folder?

Continue to do this as no mpc can load across folders. All samples, programs, multis, sequences, everything goes in that ONE folder.

How to save a single program is in the manual, check there.

You create a "MULTI" for the programs that were used in the sequence and save it. The MULTI will save the programs, parts, DBs, and out assignments.

Did you get it figured out, I have my samples, sequences, multis, programs all saved to a designated folder for that parameter like all my programs go in Programs Folders 1 - 5 and so forth...When you use the autoload, go in and delete your autoload folder then redo it...Make an autoload folder with your 3 best programs or kits and use that as the autoload, and if you have your sequences set up a certain way like for instance...I have a Motif so everytime I turn on my MPC it automatically sets up the sequence so that track 1 - 5 is MPC and 6 - 10 is the Motif and all of this is saved in my autoload setup folder.
