Im affraid nothing can be done..
Its either a bad harddrive or a bad wav file.
Try to load the song + samples and replace the faulty programs. Thats what I did but I guess you havnt backed up your samples?

It s possible your samples have too many characters (name wise). Try to rename them with less characters.
When a program loads samples it only recognize the first 20 (?) characters. So a name with 24 characters ending with 001. Next one will end with 002 and so on. Program only recognize the first characters, so they will be all the same.
Try to load the program without the samples. Load the samples from the program afterwards, rename them (to a shorter name), then map them again in the program. Save your program.
See what happens.
Wich OS are you using? Akai said that the updated OS fixes this, but it doesnt.. Maybe 1.51c does.. Dunno, I still have 1.51t (And Im waiting for 1.60)

Was the sequencer running while you were trying to load that specific song? The MPC cannot load wav files and sequence/song files when the sequencer is running. Make sure you stop the sequencer before you press DO IT in load mode.
If this was not the case, you might have saved it during playback. In the OS 1.51 release version, it is best not to save your sequences / songs while playing because it could create invalid midi files. In 1.6 sequence save will be prohibited during sequence playback. This is already implemented from beta 1.51w.
