1.52c: Ready for prime time?

Is OS 1.52c cool to load up in my MPC or should I wait for the Official os. What do I need to look out for if I am going to use 1.52c? Right now ak.sys-mpc won't funtion completely with my Mac, so I am hoping the new OS might iron the wrinkles out.
