how can i make all sound in my pads to be "one shot"??

hi to everyone and please forgive my ignorance in this,i am new to my akai mpc 4000.

i put all kind of drums in my pads and want them to be "one shot" but i get bored to go to each pad and change this.is there a way i can do all my sounds at my pads to be triggered as "one shot" at once??
