Wich USB driver to install?

WIch driver should I install? I run Win XP on a laptop with USB 1.1.

mpc4kUSB.zip (8kb) USB drivers for MPC4000 ak.Sys
akmpc4ku2.zip (8kb) Version 2.00 of the USB device driver for MPC4000 ak.Sys

2.01 is for Win 98.
