Sounds like an obvious question, but I am really stumped on how to move a track from Sequence B to Sequence A.

New guy here! Had an MPC 2000xl long ago and then switched to computers, got tired of that and now jumping right back in with the 4000.

I've been all over this and it seems that function was never implemented in the Mpc4000 like it was in other models.
A howling omission on Akai's part IMHO.

On other MPCs it can be found in the EDIT>EVENTS section.
You just set it to copy the whole track instead of just a part of it.

Can't seem to find any workaround at this moment in time. other than copying the whole sequence and deleting the unwanted tracks.:-( .... not really a useful suggestion.
Maybe someone more knowledgeable can chime in and remedy ?

Thanks guys! Hopefully I won't have too many basic questions in the near future.

It feels good to have eliminated the Mac from the studio, making beats has been a lot more fun since switching to the MPC.
