2000xl user, bout to switch to 4000....

are the beats i made on the xl, compatible with the 4000, prolly a stupid question....but a question non the less....

it s supposed to be fully compatible

but on the real, it seems like it s not perfect

yeah...I brought files from the 2Kxl into the 4K. It works generally...but you'll have to set up multis for your programs to work properly.


Not really a big deal...do-able but can be time consuming depending on the data you're bringing in.

I just posted a question similar that nobody seems to be able to answer as of yet. I just tried loadin' my beats from my 2000 (notXL) into my 4000 and some of my samples are playin' at different speeds. Other than havin' to adjust my speeds aythin' else works.
