MPC REPAIR PROBLEM

So my usb drive in the front of my 4k has always been faulty where I had to tilt the usb to work...got it fixed at ABL Electronics In Troy, mi...got it back works like a charm (W/headphones)...however I never hooked it up to my mixer or L/R outputs...until 3 weeks later...Im back in the lab and come to find out my phono input doesn't work , my analog input gets little to no sound at all. Maybe a 1/2 second signal and worst of all none of my 1-8 analog outs work!! WTF Could they have done?? Is there some sort of setting they might have forgot or am I gonna have to pitch 1 w/this company?

step one: take it back to the shop that repaired it. explain (politely) that there appears to be something amiss and that it this aspect of the machine was fully functional prior to them servicing the unit.

open it up and unhook and rehook all cables
