Here's a link to a few documents about the IBM drive (Hitaci now owns this portion of IBM I guess). It looks like the Molex enclosure will work since the deskstar dissapates less than 6.8 watts and runs at 5 to 55C.

...Now after all that, I'm not so sure it'll work. I went to Molex's page and read further specs. They say under 5 watts, not under 6.8. Well, endpcnoise.com ships it with a special sticker. I guess I'll just try it and see how hot the drive gets. I might just end up having to get a Seagate Barracuda IV, or put a scsi drive in the computer closet.
