what would you do?

My mpc 4000 is getting old. Ive fixed the cd drive before and it went out again also more recently the front usb went out and doesnt detect a drive plugged into it when trying to load. I love sampling via vinyl or spdif but over the years ive bulit a library in my macbook and i want to put the sounds in my 4000 the fastest way possible. What would you do?

also I have the setting set to professional and not consumer for the digital in out via spdif and I dont have the adat card so my question is how is that professional? isnt pro aes/ebu and spdif is consumer?

why not have the front usb slot repaired? don´t you give up on your 4K baby

hahah never that never give up on it. but i wil look into fixing the front usb thats what i need.

fix the front usb, the process does not require soldering, just replace the part.
