MPC-4000 Screen tilt Mechanism

Hi all
is the MPC-4000 Screen tilt normally tight when you tilt it --or any mechanical latch to engage
(on MPC-5000 and MPC-60 there is no tightness when tilting the screen)

My 4k tilt has i think 4 stages to it. If laid completely flat, it is a tad tight to lift.
