Syncing MPC4000 via midi with a Denon SC2900

Is there any way I can sync a Denon SC2900 to a MPC4000 via the fader in or USB I only want on and off ether way. I do not use a computer in my set up so would need something that converts externally.

nope, syncing is only possible through MIDI (clock or mtc) or SMPTE
