still problems saving??

What is the best way to update files that have been edited?

This is my problem: using 1.60 if I load a folder with multi and sequences and edit the sequences and fx/mixer settings, when I save that back to the folder the sequences are updated but the new fx/mixer settings are sometimes lost. This happens whether I save the sequences and songs and multi separately or whether I save the entire memory... I am saying yes to ovewriting existing files...

So is there still a bug with updating files? Do I really need to open a new folder each time to be safe?

normally all the fx shit should be stored when you store the multi. Try opening a new folder for each song, ie My songs then a subfolder with song title and save it in there. I really have never come across this so can't really help. Be consistent in naming the multi and the song with a similar name so that you are sure that you are not just saving the default multi and program.

Also when you load the song, make sure you are on the right multi.
