trouble with converting old sample cds to akp

Ive got some old giga cd's wich i converted to akai format and i got some problems with it.

Ive converted it to akp with cd xtract 4.0. I can load the akp files and samples in the mpc. Although the samples are loaded and the programs are there, somehow i cant trigger the samples with the pads or keyboard.

The weird thing is that when i go to sample page, i can hear the different samples. ANd in program mode all the samples are there (no question marks or anything) everything looks normal but those samples just aint triggered when pushing the pads

anyone got a clue?? or some ideas what i can do to solve this problem??

thanx iKke,,, i already solved the problem It had something to do with samples being in other folders then the AKP files. Somehow the converting software messed it up.

with cd xtract, you shoul be able to select what folder your sounds go into.
