Hot Swappable CF Reader for MPC 4k

Does anyone know of a hot swappable CF reader for the 4k?

Just been testing out a standard Startech one for loading samples from an Electrix Looper CF which works great but I don't want to power down and reboot every time to load a card!

Use the USB port.

Any CF card reader that hooks up via the USB port should be hot swappable.

Installing a CF card reader that hooks up via IDE will not be hot swappable.

You can either plug in an external CF card reader to USB port, or install one internally using a 4 pin usb connector to the internal motherboard.

The only thing you might be loosing via the USB port is some speed.Just from some recent limited experience last night comparing a new USB stick and the IDE HD.

Keep in mind...4k usb is only 1.1, wish it were faster though.
