Hi guys, anyone had experience with WORLDCLOCK syncing DAW as 'master' - mpc4000 as 'slave'?
Just wondering if its stronger than midi connections, or a benefit.
Im running a mackie 8 bus mixing desk and my idea was to run the audio busses into a focusrite 8 channel I/O to record my tracks with a couple of passes.
These focusrite I/O have worldclock on them and maybe SMPTE from memory, but of course midi too.
Using World Clock might allow room for my 2000XL / Commodore amiga to be synced over midi with a splitter.
Which would be incredible, if these focusrite 8 channel I/Os can SYNC worldclock / SmPTE and Midi at same time.
Happy days
