clockworks setup fot midi express xt on os x

Hello everyone, has anyone created a clockworks preset for mac osx
like the one in the files menu of yahoo groups, where the mpc can receive multiple ins through input A and output more than 4 outs so that i can sync all my gear with the computers midi sequencer. I've managed to get the signals working pretty much but not exactly the way i've described below..

here's how I want it set up...

Mac powerbook g4 running Logic Audio (want to sync to mpc)
Mac G5 2.0 gig running Pro Tools digi002 (want to sync this to mpc)
Motu midi express xt (8 in 8 out midi interface)
MPC4000
Emu PK6 (I want this to output on midi A of the MPC)
novation supernova keyboard (i want this to out on midi B channels 1-6
Nord Modular (i want this to output on midi b channels 7-10)
emu e6400 ultra ( I want this to output on midi C
Access Virus Ti (coming in two weeks)(I want this to output on midi D)
but also be visible in Logic audio so that I can integrate the soft synth into songs)
loads of outboard compressors effects units....(some with midi control)

If anyone has any ideas or can post a Mac Os X compatible file i'd be greatfull.
