Resample not working ??

Just noticed tonight that my resample feature is only allowing me to change the kHz I enter and only allowing my samples to be changed to 16bit or 24bit. If I try 8 or 12bit, it just changes the sample to 16bit instead. Can someone please tell me what is wrong on here?
