Q link encoder

Hey All,
Does anyone know where I can obtain a MPC 4000 q link encoder from.

MPC Stuff don't have them in stock and am struggling to hunt one down.

As mentioned in a post from 2020 these aren‘t encoders, but stereo pots ALPS RK14K124 L20 B103X2.

That part code may not be searchable anymore because Alps Electronic and Alpine once joint business.
(found the merger hint on a website while the search engine failed on the original part code)
It‘s a 10kOhm stereo pot, but to decipher type (log/linear) and tolerance one needs the old parts coding scheme.
