At this point in time it is more suitable for my needs and has most if not all the features that I need to make my tracks and do remixes. I’m glad I am able to use the MPC’s pads, sliders, and knobs as a MIDI controller for Live. So they compliment each very well. I can always fire up the MPC when I’m not in the mood to use the computer. It’s good thing to have choices!!!
I sold my 4000 recently and I am trying to figure out Ableton Live 4( I
plan to get another 4000 in the future) . Anyways how is the sequencer
compared to the MPC sequencer? I have played with the impulse drum
machine and I don't like it very much. How do you set your own drums to
record in the machine? Oh yeah why the **** is Akai so **** slow. I
thimk VST's or AU's would be the shit in AKYS software. I wonder if it's
possible.
