HOW DO I SYNC 4000 TO PRO TOOLS?

ive looked thru every search page and cant get a straight answer!!! i wanna sync my 4k to my digi 002 rack on my dell laptop...i have the adat board in the 4k connected to the digi...i want to have it so that i can press record/play in PT and itll instantly play my 4k and record all 8 channels into it w/o the need for me to setup and press play on the 4k...can someone please give a detailed straight simple accurate answer minus the filler/chatter/etc? i dont mean to sound pushy but i hate when 80 people put up 80 BS posts and do one of 3 things....comment...give a vague answer...ask another question...whats the point just answer the damn question!!!thanks in advance

goto windows. scrol down to session setup.

make sure the mtc to port box is checked. make sure digidesign is selected
make sure your frame says 30.

in the mpc 4000 set the input to mtc 30 frame . that should have you hooked up. make sure your tempos are correct in both systems
