I know this has been discussed in another thread - Meaningful units for PROGRAM mode parameters - but as a newbie I just want someone clued up with the default parameter settings in new programs to help me with the following.
It is about the f*cked up default parameters that are in programs. I have been following the thread and have been trying to make to make sense of all the information. I realize that once you load samples into a new program there will be some settings already there in the program, which will affect the sound of the sample. I also understand that I must remove any settings which will affect the sound of the sample. I want to do this and create a program template (with all these default settings removed) which I will then use to load samples into.
So I don't screw things up could anyone please let me know what you have to turn off/alter/reset in each of the following sections of a program to make all program modulation inactive (so the sample sounds exactly as it did when I sampled it) :
EDIT 1
Pitch
Filter
Amp
EDIT 2
LFO1
LFO2
Aux Env
Any help would be most appreciated.
