How to sync mpc 4k to protools

im having problems doing this
i get all the sounds, but in pro-tools there is a 1/4 of a bar difference
why is that ?
for example, if i start playing the keyboard at 005.01.000 (bars)
pro tools will have it sync at 4-3-00

how can i fix this

try adding 2 blank bars at the beginning of the sequence, that will give time for the units to sync together.
