Cd-r for Akai mpc 4000?

Hi, I just need an information:
I have an mpc 4000 and I
want to put a cd-r on it.
What model of cd-r do I have to buy?

I don't think you have to worry that much

most of the CDR burners work on the MPC4000

Lite-Ons, Plextors, etc...

there are different versions with ou withour CD Burner, Hard Drive, or audio outputs

No, it is up to each individual distributor to install drives. In the US drives are installed but in some countries they are sold with no drives.

One thing you need to look for is if the CDR drive has a Digital connection incase you add the option boards.
