I've tried to contact with some akai tech support in the US for nearly two months, but got no reply.

I've mailed Numark, VST services and TSI, included some akai mails (customer service, sales....etc) i've found in internet...but got no reply from any

The thing is that i'm living in Spain, and i wanna use my one year warranty because i have a big problem with the LCD screen ( or some of its components)

The akaipro tech support in Spain has checked the unit, and it seems the problem affects some pieces that have something to do with the LCD screen, and these pieces will cost around 1,000 euros ( nearly 900 us dollars or so)

So it's been three months since i got my unit out of home.(In Spain they first told me that i could use the warranty here, but after one month i were told to refer to akai in US)

I please need some help. Some one said akai has change in there, so it's difficult to contact them, but it should be any way to do that. Can anyone living there help me?

Thanks to all

Call VST, I always speak to a sales person.

don't use it.
