fitting IB-48P 8-out board and HD in MPC 4000?

Is there anywhere I can find instructions to do this as I've search around but cannot find a thing...??!

Just got my 4000 and am a bit nervous about takin' it apart without instructions how to do so..

Also, want to fit a new internal HD.. Can I do this and if so, can anyone suggest how?
