Not quite a 4k owner yet...
Ive downloaded some of the manuals of the web but cannnot find the answer to a simple question. I feel this is very basic thing for this machine to do.

When inputting notes, from the pads or step edit etc... can you set the notelength of these note to be inputted?
eg: you set the note lenght to 1/16, you bang away on the pads and all the notes inputted are 16ths. etc...

More importantly to me though... If you can do the above, what are the notelenths available? (are they as broad as in a sequencer such as logic?).
Im in need of the small end of the scale eg:
1/4 note going to a 1/6, 1/8, 1/12, 1/16, 1/24, 1/32, 1/48, 1/96 and
1/192th

PS. Which and where in the manual (s) is this info?

cheers all, I appreciate this community.

first question yes.
second question: quantize options are a bit less - they go from 1/8, 1/8(3) (3 stands for triplet), 1/16, 1/16(3), 1/32, 1/32(3), 1/64, 1/64(3), and then 1/96 (= sorta off 1), and off = 1/960. hth

manual covers this things under the section - main page! should always be quite at the beginnin of the manual.
