just wanted to say this piece is killer..I have never really used an mpc...even though I have owned the mpc2000 2000xl and a 60mkII I just decided to give the mpc4000 a try..and I must admit..that I may never sequence on my computer again

I know what you mean. I had an mpc2000 and xl and didn't start seriously making beats untill I copped a 4000. That machine is a beast.

So what exactly do you do with your mpc4000. where are you getting your sounds from?

Well I have a bunch of sample cd's records..and sound modules..I have vhs tapes..sound modules..whatever..I sequence on it..like most peiople do with there mpc...I used to use my other mpc's for a drum module but sequence in the computer..now I load up sound patches from the cd-roms..and get busy...what else do you wanna know...here is my setup right now
