this one is odd

did you all know that the "drummer" for the faint, that industrial grunge/ emoish band, uses a 4000 for his drums? saw a pic of it in the new urb the other day at the magazine shop i always hit up. thought this was interesting as i would have never thought of this happening.

That is not a big surprise. I remember 10 yrs. ago seeing industrial and metal bands using drum machines and samplers for their live acts. Many other industrial bands continue to use older AKAI samplers because they still work.
